From the "There's no Prick like a Cop whose a Prick" file. We have Lee and Teresa Sipple being threatened with legal action for complaining about a police officer they photographed going up to 17 mph over the posted speed limit in front of their house.

The prick eventually withdrew his complaint...I would guess shortly after his lawyer explained to him that it was baseless and illegal.
