It's Kyuss, Jim, but not as we know it. "Wretch" is a full-out
hard rock album. You have the tuned-down guitars and the grinding,
pervasive bass, but the tempo is much faster than the distinctive stoner
Kyuss that was to come.
It is certainly not the "crap" it has been labeled as by some.
