Saturday, August 23 2008: Used
I love used book stores. I went to the local Wonder Books and got two books for less than $6.00. I then ran over to the Record and Tape Traders and bought a nused copy (the CD case was cracked) of Local H's latest album for just over $10.00. I wanted to get another Local H CD but couldn't justify spending nearly $20.00 on 2 used CDs.
There's a parable in there somewhere about how out of touch the music industry is, but I'd end up shaping it into a heavy-handed, pendantic rant if I were to flesh it out.

I find it hard to pay more than $10 for a CD now. I wait until the usually monthly 40% off email coupon from Borders and then score CDs for $7 or 8...
